The Deck 17 main pool is iconic, but show up without a plan and you will find yourself lounger-less around lunchtime. A lounger close to the pool is simply more comfortable to use than one with a better view. Parents will appreciate an easy entry-exit path. Poolside towels exist but run out during peak hours. Take cabin towels and skip the wait.
Pizza Planet: Deeper Look
The seafood pizza is loaded with whole shrimp and anchovy. The daily special sometimes features a teriyaki-chicken style that hits perfectly for Japanese palates. Inside, the restaurant is full of Pixar Easter eggs: rocket sculptures overhead, retro alien illustrations on the walls. Eating here is half meal, half attraction.
Drink Station: Full Rundown
The drink station pours Coke, Sprite, lemonade, iced tea, coffee, and hot chocolate, more than 10 options at any given time. Self-serve: grab a glass, pour, drop it in the dish return afterward. Clean and quick. The 13:00 to 15:00 post-lunch window for ice cream can mean a 15-minute wait.
Pixar Market: Reservation Strategy
Each course references a different Pixar movie (Toy Story, Monsters Inc., Coco). A churro sculpted into Woody’s hat stands in the center of the dessert plate, surrounded by caramel and ice cream. Even if advance slots sold out, first-day cancellations are your best backup. For 2-plus-night cruises, a mid-cruise evening slot is the most relaxed option.
